With the national team for a donation to the Association of Persons with Disabilities of the town of Varaždin
The original Nike soccer ball with the signatures of coach Zlatko Dalić and captain Luka Modrić is one of the most desirable items that every Blazers fan dreams of having. And when we add a humanitarian character to that ball, and tell you that the owner of the ball will become a friend of the Association of Persons with Disabilities of the town of Varaždin, the value of the ball is even greater. The coach and captain of the Blazers have selflessly joined the campaign to collect funds for the purchase of a vehicle for the transportation of disabled people, and what can you do to help?
The Association of Persons with Disabilities (DOSI) of the town of Varaždin is the association of persons with disabilities with the highest membership in the Varaždin County with over 900 members. Every day, it provides various forms of support to improve the quality of life and help persons with disabilities have a meaningful life. Caring for members from rural areas also includes their transportation for administrative purposes, as well as to take an equal part in community life, and enable them to occasionally go outside the home and socialize with people outside their families. Means of transportation adapted for people with disabilities and covering costs are of utmost importance to DOSI, so that the inclusion of people with disabilities in the daily life of the community takes place smoothly.
Lumini Centre joined the campaign to collect funds for a new van, and for this purpose, in the football setting of EURO 2024, we “reached out” to the coach of our national team, Zlatko Dalić and captain Luka Modrić. Selflessly and with a burning heart, they signed 14 footballs that were bought by Lumini Centre and are being auctioned off to good-hearted football fans.

RULES OF THE AUCTION “BLAZING HEART BEATS FOR DOSI”
Place of auction: Lumini Centre Facebook page
Auction starts: Monday, June 24, at 9:00 a.m.
Auction ends: Monday, July 1, at 9:00 p.m.
Subject of the auction: 14 Nike balls (5 orange and 9 black and white), each signed by coach Zlatko Dalić and captain Luka Modrić on June 4, 2024. Each ball is marked with a serial number and published on the Lumini Centre Facebook page.
The starting price of each ball is 300 Euros.
Purpose of the auction: All money from the auction will go to the account of the Association of Persons with Disabilities Varaždin (DOSI) – fundraising for the purchase of vans for the transportation of disabled persons
Participation mechanics: Choose the ball you want, offer an amount greater than 300 Euros on the Lumini Facebook profile in the comments, follow the offers of other bidders and bid. The highest bid wins the ball. When placing your bid for a particular ball, be sure to indicate the serial number of the ball you are bidding for (serial number of the ball from the picture published on the Lumini Centre Facebook page).
Payment: After the end of the auction, participants who offered the highest amounts will have the opportunity to pay their offered amount to the account of the Association of Persons with Disabilities Varaždin. The bidder will receive the notification in his inbox, while payment information will be sent to his email. Payment deadline is 72 hours from the receipt of the notification and payment instructions. Once the payment becomes visible on DOSI’s account, the owner of the ball will be able to pick up his ball at the Lumini Centre within 7 days, or the ball will be sent to him by post as agreed with the owner.
Note 1: If, after the end of the auction, two or more identical amounts have been offered for the same ball, the auction for that ball will be repeated on Thursday, July 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The starting price will be the highest amount achieved at the auction, and the final price the highest amount offered until the end of the repeated auction.
Note 2: If the bidder with the highest bid does not make the payment within 72 hours of receiving the notification and payment instructions, i.e. the payment does not become visible on the account of the Association of Persons with Disabilities Varaždin, the bidder with the second highest bid will get an opportunity to purchase the ball. If this payment is not made, the ball not paid for by the 1st and 2nd bidders will be re-auctioned with the starting price of 300 Euros.
Who can participate: Natural and legal persons of legal age
